College athletes encounter challenges in identifying and approaching brands for marketing campaigns, as they struggle to build effective media kits necessary to secure marketing deals with these brands. Additionally, these athletes often lack the time required to search for brands interested in utilizing their influence for marketing their products to potential buyers. Simultaneously, marketing directors and CEOs also face constraints on their time to search for suitable athletes for marketing deals, and HR directors or CEOs are reluctant to invest substantial resources in hiring skilled athletes.
